You can customize the workflow simply by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Workspace tab from your profile menu and choose the workspace for which you want to edit the workflow. Then click on “Workspace Settings”.
Step 2: Go to the “Content Workflows” section and select the content type for which you want to edit the workflow.
Step 3: Click on “Edit” next to the content type. A popup will appear.
Step 4: Use the toggle buttons next to the steps to turn them off or on. You can close the popup after you have made your selections, and the workflow will update in real time.
